1. Welcome SMS / E-Mail
Open the received SMS or e-mail and tap the link directly from your smartphone.
2. Download App
After clicking on the link, a web page with download instructions will open.
To download the app from the relevant marketplace (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), press the ‘1. Download’ button.
If you have already installed the app, you can go directly to step 4.
3. Installation
Android (Google Play)
- The ‘Download’ button will open the Google Play Store on the Setera OneCloud page.
- Press ‘Install’ to download and install the app.
iOS (Apple App Store)
- The ‘Download’ button will open the App Store on the Setera OneCloud page.
- Press ‘Get’ to download and install the app.
4. Configuration
After installation, tap again on the link in the welcome SMS or e-mail.
- This time, press the ‘2. Configure’ button and select ‘Open’.
- When opening the app, you will be asked for some necessary authorisations. Accept all requests to ensure that the app works properly.
