General Information


How to Login?

Go to https://oneconnect.setera.com

and log in with your OneCloud credentials or via the Microsoft 365 SSO authentication method.*

*Microsoft 365 authentication will need to be enabled from the OneCloud portal for users.

During the first login with Microsoft SSO, you will need to link your Microsoft account to your OneCloud credentials.



Do you prefer to install the app?

Go to Settings --> Desktop app --> Download for your OS



How to set my headset as an audio device for calls?

Go to Settings --> Audio --> Select the audio device you want as Speaker, Microphone and Ringing

NOTE - FIREFOX AUDIO CONFIGURATION

There is a limitation in the configuration of the speaker and device ringing, as Firefox's audio is managed by the operating system (Windows, MacOS, Unix) and not by the browser itself (such as Google Chrome). Due to this limitation, OneConnect is unable to configure these two settings via the browser and they must be configured by the operating system itself.

** Microsoft support for Windows 7 ends on 15 January 2023.

All other platforms are not certified so you may experience problems with use.


Security and Compliance


Is a specific Firewall configuration required for security?

No, in theory it is not necessary to adapt your configuration. OneConnect uses standard protocols that are not dangerous.


If I have very restrictive Firewall rules, which ports should be open?

OneConnect is a web application and will need to connect to the backend. If your organisation has a strict firewall configuration, your IT department will have to open some ports.
